TAN KOK MENG

Mr. Tan Kok Meng called to Malaysian Bar on 05.03.1998 and was a founder of the Firm. He has retired and ceased Practice effective 1st July 2024.

TEE THIAM KIM

He is a co-founder of the Firm, possesses double degrees holder of LL.B (Hons.) from University of London and B.A. (Hons.) in Communications from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and CLP.
He has served with various organizations including public listed company, corporations, government agencies, media, associations and has a wide spectrum of exposures and accumulative experiences of over 37 years of working experiences (inclusive about 19 years of active practice as a solicitors to date) in conveyancing, succession (probate & administration, will writing, small estate) and provide advisory & consultation in society matters, employment related matters.
He was a regular speaker at seminar, workshop and Radio talks and various industrial associations on Employment law (conducted in bi-lingual i.e. English and Mandarin).

EVELYN SIAU ENG FOON

She graduated with LLB (Hons) from University of London and subsequently Certificate in Legal Practice in 2014 and called to the Bar in December 2015.
To date, she has over 7 years of experiences in Corporate Conveyancing, handling housing projects, loan documentation (conventional and Islamic banking), sub-sale, perfection of transfer/perfection of charge, Probate & Administration and Small Estate and conversant in multi-lingual

ELISA TEE WERN SHEN

She is a young and talented graduate of LLB (Hons) from University of London and CLP.
Since 2019 as paralegal, she has been exposed to and gained reasonable experience in matters inter alia include housing project, sub-sale, conventional and Islamic loan documentation, perfection of transfer and perfection of charge, probate and administration, Will and Testament, liaising with government agencies.

ZUZANA BINTI SIDEK

She graduated with Bachelor of Law and Shariah (Hons.) in 2018.

She joint the Firm in April 2024 and is involved in housing projects, perfection of transfer and perfection of charge, sub-sale, probate and administration, and matters relating to management corporation/JMB and common facilities.
She has gained considerable experience as conveyancing clerk handling loan documentation for refinance and sub-sale, and completing perfection of transfer and charge by working in other law firm and handling legal matters including but not limited to judicial management in liquidator boutique firm prior to joining the Firm
